FYI ... Once the gates are installed at the new entrance, they will remain open during the day, inclement weather, and when it is otherwise deemed necessary for operations. They will be closed during the evening hours or when restricted access to the Estates or Resort is necessary. If you are a homeowner and would like to use this entrance when the gates are closed, you will need to acquire an opener (if you don't have one) from the office. If you are not a homeowner or a homeowner who does not wish to purchase an opener, you will not be "locked out" when the gates are closed. Entrance to the Estates will remain available at the main Tan-Tar-A gate shared with the Resort.
When the new entrance opens for use, the current back gate will remain in place as a service entrance, but openers will not be functional with this entrance.
