2012 Assessment Review Update
The Assessment Review Committee convened on Monday, December 5th for their first meeting to review the proposed 2012 assessment budget for the Estates. It was a productive meeting, with many issues discussed and questions asked, including taxes, use of the management office, maintenance procedures, and the future of the assessment after the sale of the lots. The next meeting will be this Friday, December 16th at 9 am to further go over some of the questions and revisions. If you have input, we encourage you to contact the committee via email. As your representatives, they would very much like to know your thoughts.
